Hello and welcome!
I started out in this field because I was inspired by the care and sports rehab that I received when I was an athlete.
I have a passion for helping people return to doing what they love. Whether that be sports, recreational activity, or returning to a pain-free everyday life. I want to work as a team with each individual to create a treatment that fits their mental and physical needs.
I have experience working with patients at all levels, ages and abilities. From NHL, CFL players and national level athletes to competitive youth athletes to body builders to people training for their first marathon or first time participating in fitness activities, anyone is welcome on my table.
Education wise, I went to Western University (Go Stang’s!) where I earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts with Specialization in Kinesiology and continued into the health care field with a Diploma in Massage Therapy at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. In 2023 I became certified in Western Medical Acupuncture through the Integrated Seminar Series. I am a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
In my spare time, I volunteer as the RMT and trainer for the Mississauga Jr. Hurricanes AA hockey team. Besides that, I like to read, play with my dog, be with my family, lift weights, and occasionally go for a run.
