Do I have to wear a mask to my appointment?

Masks are no longer required in our setting. If you would like to continue wearing one you may. If you would like our therapist to wear one, please let us know and we will be happy to.

Do you offer direct billing?

Currently, we do not offer direct billing to insurance companies. However, after payment is completed you will be emailed a receipt that you can use to submit a claim.

What are your COVID-19 protocols?

We are strictly following and staying updated with guidelines set out by the CMTO as well as Provincial regulations. Sheets are changed after every client and all surfaces are wiped down. Hand washing procedures are in place and appointments are spread out to ensure proper time for cleaning.

Can I use my benefits for treatment?

Yes absolutely! We provide Registered Massage Therapy and therefore you are eligible for reimbursement from insurance companies. Check your specific policy to ensure that massage therapy is covered and to see if you need a doctors referral in order to claim.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear something that is comfortable and that you can move around in. Some appointments will involve stretching as well as remedial exercises. If you forget, no problem! We can alter the treatment to suit your needs.

Can I book online?

Yes! If it is your first appointment, please book select the ‘Initial Assessment and Treatment’ options. A health history and new client intake form with be emailed to you to fill out prior to your first appointment. After your initial appointment, all future appointments can be “X min massage therapy treatment’.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is parking available on the side of the street that the clinic is on for up to 3 hours.
